Extraction and brewing recipes
A workshop on extraction and flavour-based recipe profiling in coffee. This can be both for beginners and advanced baristas; the depth of the matter will be adjusted every time. It will be espresso-focused, but the knowledge can be applied to filter coffee as well.

Introduction to roasting
An introduction to the different quality parameters when roasting coffee. This course is meant for starting professional roasters and baristas who want to learn more about roasting for quality purposes.
