I roast coffee upon order every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders are sent out every day of the week, as long as the coffees are available. This means sometimes your order will take a couple of days to be sent out, but never longer than a week. Coffee will not be roasted more than 10 days ago when sent out.
All my coffees are suitable for both filter and espresso brews, also known as omniroast. Feel free to take a look at the learning portal for brewing recipes, or get in touch for any questions. My coffees only need 1 day of rest after roasting to get good results, so the moment you receive it it’s ready to be brewed.
